Outstanding Services and Benefits, Incorporated (OS&B) was formed in 2010 to create a group so that those who have pre- existing conditions, financial constraints, or because their employer does not offer health insurance might have access to affordable health insurance here in Tennessee as well as across the country. Current statistics suggest that more than 50,000 Tennesseans fall into this category. Through "Your Accessible Healthcare program, OS&B aims to connect as many of these people as possible with insurance coverage so that they may have access to basic preventive health care.

 

For a $15 annual membership fee for individuals, and a $20 annual membership fee for families (2 or more family members in the same household), OS&B will enroll individuals into the Your

Accessible Healthcare programs group plan. Additionally, there is a $30 per month individual fee and $40 per month family fee for American Financial Investments and Insurance Inc. administrative fees.

The Your Accessible Healthcare staff will assess the particular needs of program enrollees, gather basic demographic information about them, and pass all of that information along to one of the insurance providers working in partnership with the program. The insurance company will issue the enrollee an insurance card, provide a list of medical professionals who are part of the companys provider network and explain all other benefits and services available to the enrollee. The enrollee will then be free to seek services from the network provider list of his/her choice. The insurance company will pay medical professionals in the network only!
